International trade and building businesses in Iran and the UAE

Mostafa Nezamparvar is a trader, educator and specialist in international commerce and foreign trade. He conducts business in Iran and the UAE, combining experience in managing and establishing businesses with teaching and writing about trade. His career encompasses managing commercial organizations, advising on development and exports, managing foreign trade and establishing sales operations. These activities center on connecting market knowledge with practical execution: which product to offer, to which customer, and through what sourcing and sales structure.

Today, this career continues through his role as co-founder of Nazm Khodro Iranian in Iran and his ownership and management of three companies in Dubai. His books, lectures and published content also offer an opportunity to explore his approach to business decisions, from choosing products and understanding customers to organizing sales and preparing a business to operate.

From business management to commercial activity in two markets

Mostafa Nezamparvar's management career began in 2004. He subsequently took on responsibilities in business management, market development, export consulting and foreign trade. This experience brings together several aspects of commercial work: examining opportunities, engaging with the market, managing an organization and following through on sales activities.

At Arad, he held roles as a development and export consultant, foreign trade and export manager, senior manager, CEO for a six-month period, and head of media. His collaboration with the organization ended in 1399 Solar Hijri. He is a co-founder of Babirush Iran and also served as its CEO until the end of Shahrivar 1405 Solar Hijri. His previous experience also includes serving as CEO of Egerd.

Experience in exporting from Iran, establishing sales operations and trading in international markets forms another part of this career. His current focus on Iran and the UAE connects that experience with designing and establishing businesses, where product selection, sourcing, customer knowledge and operational capabilities need to be considered together.

Current responsibilities in Iran and Dubai

Mostafa Nezamparvar has been a co-founder of Nazm Khodro Iranian since 1 Mehr 1405 Solar Hijri (23 September 2026). He has also owned and managed the following three companies in Dubai since approximately 2023.

  • Babirush Goods Wholesaler LLCOwner and manager · Dubai
  • Babirush Medical Equipment LLCOwner and manager · Dubai
  • Babirush Foods Trading LLCOwner and manager · Dubai

His management activities in Iran and Dubai, alongside his foreign trade experience, form the main basis of his professional profile. In understanding these activities, it is important to distinguish current responsibilities in today's companies from former management roles: his tenure as CEO of Babirush Iran, which ended at the close of Shahrivar 1405 Solar Hijri, and his work with Arad are previous roles. He is also a co-founder of Babirush Iran.

An approach connecting the market with sourcing and execution

In Mostafa Nezamparvar's books and talks, starting a business does not end with choosing an attractive name or identifying a large market. The next questions are what customers actually want, how they buy, and why they should pay attention to the seller's offer. Statistics can guide research; understanding buyer behavior and examining why demand changes brings that research closer to a commercial decision.

At the same time, sourcing capabilities need to be clear. Access to goods for one order is not the same as being able to sustain an ongoing relationship. Dependence on a single manufacturer, available capacity, product specifications and coordination between production and sales all affect the sustainability of the activity. In this approach, a trader's value lies in the service added to a transaction: understanding the need, choosing appropriately, coordinating supply and clarifying the terms of cooperation.

Trust is also shaped by how a business works. Clearly explaining the company's role, answering technical questions precisely, describing quality honestly and providing verifiable information are recurring topics in his content. A commercial offer should be understandable to the buyer; price, quantity, packaging and delivery terms should not rest on different interpretations by the two parties.

When designing a new activity, it is important to observe customers, speak with relevant people and run a limited operation to gather feedback. The results of the initial experience should inform the next decision. The path to higher sales volumes becomes clearer when a business knows what it learned in the previous stage and what it has improved in its product, packaging, presentation or operations.

Three areas for discussing collaboration

A discussion about collaboration begins with the project's actual situation: what is the product or service, where is its audience, what resources are already in place, and what still needs to be designed? The following three areas relate directly to Mostafa Nezamparvar's professional focus in Iran and the UAE.

Understanding the market and designing an entry strategy

Examining target customers, the nature of demand, product positioning and ways to reach buyers. The aim is to move from a general idea about a market to specific questions and choices for the activity concerned.

Designing and establishing a business

Clarifying roles, resources, marketing and sales infrastructure, and the order of implementation. Matching the plan to the organization's capabilities and using feedback from the early stages are part of this discussion.

Sourcing and developing business-to-business sales

Examining order requirements and sourcing options, presenting a company's capabilities, preparing commercial offers and continuing negotiations with customers. The quality of communication and the alignment between sales promises and delivery capabilities are important in this area.
